24 Hour Emergency Hot Line on July 1, 2003.

The emergency number is:

1-866-4HANSEN or 1-866-442-6736.

When you reach this number you will be able to speak to a live operator who will direct your call appropriately to ensure your emergency is dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible! The new hotline demonstrates Hansen's devotion to excellent customer service!

This service is available to customers outside of Hansen's normal operating hours, which are :

7am to 5pm (central time). To reach Hansen during business hours call 1-800-426-7368.
