Shut-Off Valves
Hansen's state-of-the-art Shut-Off Valves are designed specifically for use in industrial ammonia and large commercial halocarbon refrigeration systems. These rugged valves are a strong, reliable component for modern industrial refrigeration applications and are suitable for liquid, suction, hot gas, discharge, recirculating liquid or oil lines. Shut-Off Valves come in threaded, socket weld, or butt weld connection styles. Sizes range from 3/8" to 16" (20 mm to 400 mm).

Applications:
Hansen's refrigeration Shut-Off Valves are ideal for shut-off of liquid, suction, discharge, recirculating liquid, hot gas, and oil lines in ammonia refrigeration systems. When used with seal caps, these valves are also suitable for R22, R134a, and other Hansen-approved refrigerants.
Gauge, Purge, and Needle Valves
Hansen's specially designed Gauge, Purge, and Needle Valves feature tough, forged steel bodies, compact size, and polished stainless steel stems. Their patented o-ring plus packing dual-seal design and polished stainless steel stems provides leak-free packing. The safety stem design prevents removal of stem from body or stem "blowout". A Long Neck ® version is available that provides extra clearance for gauge-turning rotation. They are available in 1/4 " or 3/8" MPT or FPT globe or angle sizes and styles.
Applications:
Hansen's Gauge, Purge, and Needle Valves are available with seal caps, bar handles, or bare stems. Often used to isolate pressure gauges on regulators, these valves can also be used to pump out, purge, and meter refrigerant liquid or gas.
